I loved this trip .. although it was  a business trip and it was only 3 days .. but I really LOVED London .. I can’t believe I said that XD I used to hate it cause it was full of Arab (5alaiga) but I knew now why if you go to London you will be attached forever and miss it so you wanna go back again over and over !! still can’t figure it out why!!!

The places I “passes” by for short time were:

1. Hydepark
2. Harrods.
3. Oxfor Street.
4. Edgeware road
5. Buckingham Palace
6. Queen’s Gallery (& Shop)
7. Piccadilly Circus.

Although it wasn’t  perfect and I got bored somehow but the country was awesome .. the weather was amazing .. freezing cold breeze and warm sun ..!

This is definitely isn’t the last time I visit London ..

After the cancellation of London Heathrow flight on the 18th Dec, because of the weather, I canceled my ticket and booked a business ticket to Zurich on the 20th Dec on flight EK087. I called Emirates to change the destination of my luggage but they asked me to inform the desk when I arrive at the airport. I arrived at the airport 6:30 in the morning and informed them about my bag and they said we sent the message and I need to confirm at the gate when boarding. I went to the gate #140 at 8:00 AM and asked the lady on the left side about my bag if it’s loaded or not and she confirmed that it is loaded and it is on the plane I asked are you sure? She said yes!

When I arrived to Zurich, Dnata office summoned me to inform me that my luggage will arrive on the next flight! The lady on the front desk who did the report was kind and told me that they will send the bag to where I am staying. I was staying at Geneva at the intercontinental hotel. They confirmed  that they will deliver it there and the hostess from Emirates assured and confirmed as well.

Since i arrived to Geneva and until the 23rd of Dec, I have been contacting Dubai call center the luggage department.  I asked the Hotel  concierge to check with the airport he checked it online, the status of the file reference was received. I have spoken with Jehan and she assured me that I will receive the bag the next morning. The next day I spoke with Rabab and I spoke with Mohammed and I had to tell my story over and over and no one cared to follow up and after all the troubles and telephone calls that I made someone missed called me and when I called back no one answered and then they claimed that they called and I didn’t answer!!!
After that I went by myself to the airport to collect my bag. The guy at first who took my file reference paper was very rude because I asked him to help me to look up with me and he said look for it by yourself!! I had to look in 12 trolleys each trolley has around 10 bags! After all that I couldn’t find it, then another guy took my paper and was kind enough to look with me, and reopened the file as he told and send a message that they have not received the bag!
Which means it is still in Zurich airport. I went back to the hotel feeling disappointed and humiliated by the treatment I have seen.
On 23rd I moved to Zurich and stayed at the Crown plaza hotel. The airport called my relative in Geneva at 12:00 midnight, and told him that the bag have arrived in Geneva. And he informed them that Deena  now is in Zurich! Then he gave me the number to check with them and inform them to send it to me in Zurich. The strange thing is when I called the same number the next day, 24th Dec, they told me we don’t have your bag and it is in Zurich !!!!! I said ok. At the evening around 8:00 pm I went to Zurich airport and the ride took about 20 minutes by taxi. After going around inside the airport looking for the lost and found department, I had to wait out side in the snowy weather until they open the door for me. And when the customer care manager opened the door he was very rude and shame on Emirates or whoever responsible in hiring to hire this man because he was a disgrace in the customer care field treating me the way he did. First he let me in and was shouting at me telling me to go and look for the bag without even checking my papers and when I tried to talked him he shouted at me again and said please step in the line!!! It was so humiliating.
First he let Someone inside without checking the papers then tell him to check over the luggage what if someone else came and took any bag and just leave!!!
I can’t explain how I felt. I saw him treating another Asian man  who was a business class kindly and went by himself to get him his bag.  I was a business class too and he treated me like rubbish. What’s that suppose to mean? After all the waiting he said yes madam I came to his desk standing and didn’t even asked me politely to have a seat!!! What kind of customer care is this?
In a sarcastic way He said oh madam they called you and you didn’t  answer! I said I called and they told me the bag is returned to Zurich. And then he just moved and the other supervisor talked me saying mam I don’t say you are lying but it’s strange to tell you it’s in Zurich! Then I asked now what? He said we will send a message to bring it back to Zurich. They didn’t even care to apologize for this horrible mistake!
I couldn’t help but crying all the way back to the  hotel. I have never been treated this badly before!!
Other than those things I had my medicines in the bag to make my condition well for an operation I will have to do when I come home!

I am very disappointed in the service of Emirates group and I don’t think I will fly with emirates again not at lease for the next 10 years I even regret that I booked on a Business class too!!!!!

Me, my 2 sisters and brother in law decided to go to Paris! it was a nice trip we enjoyed it =)

I loved the plane! We flew with A380 Emirates Airline the New Air Craft X> so Cool!

Business class is Cool (Although First is AWESOME)!!!!

but if you got more Money You sure will be more happy =D

I decided to go to Dubai on 15th of October .. but my brother couldn’t find a seat for me! oh I decided on Wednesday and asked him to book a ticket the next day! but there was on Friday the 16th Oct. 2009 early morning! so I took .. I wanted to travel so badly!

Any ways I asked my mother to come along! so was so Excited so Friday we left Doha and headed to (Beloved) Dubai! and it is really one of the amazing countries (I haven’t traveled a lot anyways ) .. but am sure it’s always the best choice for a holiday =D

We arrived at 11:00AM .. we were so excited to use the Metro as a transportation XD but Bleh~ it was closed and they open 2:00PM _-_ too bad! we headed Home (My Father’s House) by Taxi Pink (ladies drivers) which is so cool =D

As soon as we arrived around 1:00PM we asked the driver to take us to Dubai Mall (My brother was snoring XP) .. We were shopping at Dubai Mall which is the Largest Mall in Dubai ( I guess in the World too!!!!) it was so SO HUGE!!!! And it has the largest Aquarium EVER ><

We have waited for my brother to have lunch with us .. so he arrived around 4:00PM .. we had a good lunch al7mdllah .. and then I asked him I WANNA PLAY!!!! I know am old but I had to go back 15 years to have fun XP

so we entered Sega Republic .. it is SO AMAZING I loved it !!!! we played a lot took pictures we even sang Karaoke heheh XD (I was terrible)!!!

They also opened Kidzania which is a country for children!!! so cool =) and Cinema  Reel  ..but I was in Sega republic till 8:00 PM!!! yes it’s fun =D

After that we went to Magrudy in Jumaira  and in the same Street my brother took me to Manga Sushi ..

I can’t really explain  my happiness!!!

The Next Day Me and my mother ride the Metro which was the first time in my life I get on a (Train) .. poor huh! _^_

It wasn’t like what they were talking about it was so much fun no stops no traffics we reach in no time and wasn’t that crowded!

In that day I returned to Doha!!! it was 48 great hours trip =D
